Officer Calendar

Officers of Alpha Delta Kappa have various forms to submit and jobs to complete by certain dates.

1. The Officer Calendar was revised on December 19, 2019.
2. One of the S/P/N Presidents asked Headquarters a question about which reports are due at the end of the biennium.  Here are the ones that are due:
   1. H-142 – Report of S/P/N President to the IVP of her Region.
   2. H-155 – Report of S/P/N Officers (To be completed by outgoing S/P/N President following the installation of new officers).  This report is to be submitted online.
   3. H-134 – S/P/N Convention Report Form (To be completed by outgoing S/P/N President following the installation of new officers).  This report is to be submitted online.
